Radical carbonylations using a continuous microflow system
Radical-based carbonylation reactions of alkyl halides were conducted in a microflow reactor under pressurized carbon monoxide gas. Good to excellent yields of carbonylated products were obtained via radical formylation, carbonylative cyclization and three-component coupling reactions, using tributyltin hydride or TTMSS as a radical mediator.
متن کاملSynthesis of photochromic diarylethenes using a microflow system.
An effective method for the synthesis of photochromic diarylethenes based on microflow systems has been developed, and the synthesis of unsymmetrical diarylethenes which is difficult to achieve using conventional macro batch systems, has been accomplished.
متن کاملContinuous in situ generation and reaction of phosgene in a microflow system.
Continuous in situ generation of phosgene and its use in acid chloride formation in a microflow system were demonstrated. The acid chloride was subsequently coupled with an amine in high yield without severe epimerization.
متن کاملA Comparison of the Efficacy of Cataract Surgery Using Aqualase® with Phacoemulsification Using MicroFlow® System
PURPOSE To compare the outcomes after phacoemulsification performed with the AquaLase and phacoemulsification in MicroFlow system, including surgically induced astigmatism (SIA), corneal endothelial cell damage and postoperative recovery of visual acuity. METHODS The cataracts of Lens Opacities Classification System, version III (LOCS III) nuclear grade below 2 were subjected in this study. N...
متن کاملContinuous crafting of uniform colloidal nanocrystals using an inert-gas-driven microflow reactor.
Recent research has witnessed rapid advances in synthesis of nanocrystals, which has led to the development of a large variety of approaches for producing nanocrystals with controlled dimensions. However, most of these techniques lack the high-throughput production. Herein, we report on a viable and robust strategy based on an inert-gas-driven microflow reactor for continuous crafting of high-q...
